While I was unable to attend the 11th Annual Re-confederation, in Texas, many of our members did and all said they had a great time, with visits to the Alamo, in downtown San Antonio, the Texas Cemetery and other great events, not to mention the camaraderie; seeing old friends and making new ones.
It seems that those Texas boys out did themselves in putting on a great event.
Though I wasn't there, Dennis (Houndawg) Shelly, graciously shared his pictures with me, allowing me to create this page. After sorting through his pictures, I still had 173 that I considered the best. I apologize to those who aren't pictured here, but space does not permit me to show them all.
Dennis also attended the re-opening of Beauvoir (the last home of Confederate President Jefferson Davis) as he returned home and also shared these pictures.

On a more sorrowful note, Sgt. J.D. (Wedge) Morrison was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident as he returned home.

For that reason, I dedicate this page to the memory of Doug (Wedge) Morrison.
