March 1 through March 10, 2002 saw tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts gathered together in Daytona, Florida for the 61st Annual Bike Week Celebration.  It started out slow due to rains, the first weekend, but by the second weekend it, was going strong

Here are some of the Pictures I took while on my Annual trip to this legendary, week long Party.

(All Pictures are thumbnailed so click on the image to see it enlarged)

The Bikes

That must be Charlie's Bike.  It's carrying the Beer Keg.

Here's "The Patriot"  which was being given away by the Viet Nam Veterans Assc. to support their Annual Labor Day Run to Washington's Viet Nam Memorial.

Another Bike being raffled off.

You got your choice between this immaculate 1948 Indian or a New 2002 version.

I couldn't even decide what this was

But it had a Big Engine . . .!

The Restaurants & Bars

Went to the Usual places . . . "Dirty Harry's", "Iron Horse", "Froggy's",

But this was my first trip to the infamous "Cabbage Patch".  You can see the main building in the center, through the trees.

But I was too late for the Coleslaw wrestling.
